We opted for a finish with modern, warm and high-quality materials, and each room was furnished as efficiently as possible.

Rents start from €750 + €80 (fixed costs) for a room or € 1050 + € 100 (fixed costs) for a studio per month, excluding flat rate.

The student residence is located in Vaartstraat, close to the bustling Diestsestraat. With shops, restaurants and all necessary facilities within walking distance, here you live in the heart of Leuven.

Furnished rooms

Each room is equipped with fixed, custom-made furniture in a beautiful and modern style. Equipment includes a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a comfortable bed, a functional desk with desk chair, a spacious (wardrobe) closet and a fridge with freezer compartment. The studios also have their own kitchenette, providing extra comfort and independence.

Spacious terraces

Some student flats are equipped with a private terrace, but you can certainly meet in the communal outdoor area. Enjoy a nice lunch together or a break between studying.

Secure bicycle shed

The building has a secure bicycle shed on level -1, so that your bicycle is always safe and dry. There is also a bicycle lift, allowing you to move around the building quickly and easily by bicycle.

Communal kitchens

Scattered around the building are three communal kitchens (on the 1st, 3rd and 5th floors), equipped with quality appliances for cooking and enjoying together.

The stated rental prices do not include the fixed fee. The fixed fee amounts to €80 per month and covers all costs, including elevator maintenance, fire insurance, high-speed internet, water and electricity consumption of the common areas, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common areas, and water consumption.

There will be no final settlement on this fee, so you know exactly how much you need to pay each month.
