In addition to the rent, we charge a fixed fee of €100 per month. This fee covers various costs, including elevator maintenance, fire insurance, high-speed internet, water and electricity consumption of the common areas, and the maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common areas.

This fee is fixed for these costs, and there will be no final settlement for them, so you know exactly how much you pay for these every month.
