Welcome to student residence PLEIN 6.

The characterful facade of the former Standonckcollege was retained and a stylish extension was added in the back. This is what this building provides today: 10 student rooms and 3 student studio’s. Each room was optimally laid out and finished with sustainable materials.

The delivery of this brand new residence is scheduled for early September (’24).

On the ground floor there is a safe bicycle shed and a waste shed, on the top floor there is a shared kitchen for cozy cooking moments.

Thanks to the central location in Leuven you can immediately enjoy student life and the many facilities nearby. In addition, fun performances are regularly organized on the square during the summer months.
