The rental prices quoted do not include the flat rate. The flat rate is €100 per month for both an apartment and a studio. This price covers all costs relating to fire insurance, high-speed internet, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the communal areas.

Our fixed costs do not cover water and electricity consumption; a separate contract is concluded with the supplier for this. There is no final bill for our fixed costs, so you know exactly how much you have to pay each month.
